The NC A&T Alumni Virtual Vending Exhibition is a new online Alumni shopping experience located in the heart of NC A&T's Greatest Homecoming on Earth - Virtual Edition.
Participating in the online vending exhibition is a great way to expand your business engagement with the Alumni of NC A&T, during a time when in-person activities are closed due to the pandemic. The Virtual Vending Exhibition is designed to be affordable and provide exposure to our Alumni base of 55,000 living Alumni, approximately 15,000 students, faculty and staff, and the Aggie community at large. That's more than 70,000 people invited to one major online event! This exposure is way to good to miss.
Three package options are available ranging from $100 - $400 per vendor, per category. Vendors have the option to be listed in up to 3 categories. Qualified vendor types include: merchandise, services, travel, health & beauty, art & education, travel and *pre-packaged sweet treat vendors.

*Pre-packaged sweet treat vendors must provide an official exemption certificate from the Health Department in Guilford County, NC.
When someone clicks on your page with a video, does the video automatically play?
No, they would have to click PLAY on the video.
If I sell products that are not in the category I chose, am I required to pay for each category of items I sell?
There are two answers to this question.
#1 If you are only promoting one category of products (within your page content - description, pictures, video), you are okay with one vendor listing.
#2If you are only promoting two or more categories of products (within your page content - description, pictures, video), you must purchase a listing for each category being promoted.
How often will we be reaching out to the alumni about virtual vending to get the word out?
We will be using social media, email and other platforms to reach out to alumni about vending.
Will we be provided with marketing materials that we can send out to our audiences?
Yes, we will provide you with marketing materials you can share with your audiences.
Is registration required for the people that want to attend?
No, it is open to Alumni and friends. Just like in-person, anyone can come to the Sheraton, anyone can also come to the virtual vendor exhibition.
Are there parameters the University wants to stick to in terms of live sharing during vending?
No, we always encourage the vendors to share, share, share about the event.
When can we get with you to shoot our video?
We will reach out to you in a few days, via email, to schedule your video shoot time.
If the listing order is based on a first come, first served basis, does that change depending on which package you purchase?
No, we had 20 pre-registered vendors register back in January and we didn’t feel that it was fair if it pushed them to the bottom. So first come, first served means that regardless of the package you pick, the order is based on when you submitted your application.
If I don’t know if I pre-registered, can you check for me?
Yes, we can tell you if you pre-registered.
Will my listing be removed after the event ends?
Yes, listings will only be visible from October 29 - 31, 2020
